Freya is an international tantra teacher, intimacy coach, Temple Priestess, and breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience in the erotic arts and feminine embodiment. Her journey began at 20 as a midwife working with indigenous women in Mexico, whose deep connection to their bodies and the sacredness of birth profoundly shaped her path.

Returning to the NHS in the UK, she was struck by the medicalized, fear-driven approach to childbirth, sparking a deeper calling: to guide women to trust their bodies, reconnect with pleasure, and reclaim their power. Burned out, she left midwifery to immerse herself in sacred sexuality and tantra, traveling the world to study how different cultures honor feminine essence.

Freya has worked extensively with women in Morocco, helping them reclaim suppressed feminine power, and is especially passionate about supporting mothers to reconnect with their sensual, erotic selves. She believes motherhood is a gateway to deeper sensuality and self-discovery.

Blending midwifery, tantra, Taoist practices, Priestess archetypes, and over 16 years of lived experience, Freya creates transformative spaces for women to explore their sensuality and unlock their inner power. Now based in the Cotswolds, she merges Celtic rites of passage with Eastern teachings and mentors future tantra teachers through the Tao Tantric Arts school.
